Patent Licensing: Best Practices for Negotiating Valuable Licenses

Weston Anson, CONSOR Chairman, will be leading a panel discussion at the  American Intellectual Property Law Association (“AIPLA”) Spring Meeting, “Patent Licensing: Best Practices for Negotiating Valuable Licenses”, this Thursday, May 17, from 2:00-3:30pm.

Along with Mr. Anson, the panelists will discuss various issues surrounding patent licensing, including validity issues, global licensing, and Hatch-Waxman settlement agreements.  Anson will also touch upon the importance of IP valuation when negotiating licensing agreements.

The panelists include: Jeremy Snodgrass, Microsoft, Virginia Driver, Page White and Farrer, and Matthew Goggin, Carlson Caspers. The AIPLA Spring Meeting is being held at the San Diego Marriott Marquis & Marina, from May 17-19. Information about the meeting can be found here.
