The CONSOR team of Weston Anson, Lacy J. Lodes, esq., and David Noble discuss the patchwork of rights of publicity laws. Similar to valuing other types of intellectual property, right of publicity valuations need to consider the unique characteristics of the asset and the context of the valuation.
