At the 25th National CLE Conference, IP expert Weston Anson tackled the topic of how to determine the value an IP asset or asset portfolio in his presentation, “What is Your Intellectual Property Worth?” Using real world case studies to demonstrate the concepts, Mr. Anson discussed the importance of context in any valuation and the basics of IP valuation methodologies, as well as some of the common assets included in various intangible asset bundles.
